  • Desuperheating Water Control Valve

The desuperheating water control valve is an anti-cavitation multi-stage multi-stage pressure reducing valve. The valve trim features a multi-stage pressure reducing structure. The fluid passes through tortuous channels, which can consume a large amount of energy, reduce flow velocity, and prevent cavitation. Considering that the existing desuperheating water control valves in power plants are all installed on a horizontal pipeline, the valve body is divided into "flat-port valve body" and "offset-port valve body". The flat-port valve body means that the inlet pipe and outlet pipe are on the same horizontal line; while the offset-port valve body means that the inlet pipe and outlet pipe are not on the same horizontal line.

    Specification of Control Valve:

Trim Features: Labyrinth sleeve type trim
    Multi-stage throttling valve core structure

    Valve Body Type: Straight-through type
    Angle type

Leakage Class: ASME B16.104 V (standard metal valve seat)
Pipeline Connection: Flanged type, Butt-welded type
    Applicable Temperature Range: Below 420°C
    Actuator Type: Pneumatic diaphragm actuator
    Pneumatic piston actuator
    Electric actuator
