Sleeve Single-seat Control Valve
The sleeve single-seat control valve adopts sleeve guiding and a pressure-balanced valve core, which is suitable for occasions with large pressure differences. It uses a balanced sealing ring instead of the upper valve seat, changing the traditional sleeve double-seat valve structure into a sleeve single-seat structure. This improvement greatly improves the leakage class of the sleeve valve. The valve core adopts a pressure-balanced structure, resulting in small opening and closing forces. It can control working conditions with high pressure differences through the thrust of a relatively small actuator. It is widely used in fluid control of medium-low temperature and medium-low pressure pipelines that require good dynamic stability. It has good sealing performance and allows large pressure differences. With sleeve guiding, it has a large guiding area and good stability. The structure is compact, and the internal valve parts can be quickly replaced online, which improves maintenance efficiency and saves manpower and time. The balanced valve core structure ensures minimal thrust required for the actuator.
