Main Steam Trap Trap Control Valve

The main steam trap valve is suitable for the drainage system of main steam and reheat steam pipelines in thermal power plants, controlling high-temperature and high-pressure drop saturated water. The fluid channel is of a cascaded type, constantly changing the fluid direction; the fluid velocity is controlled at around 30m/s to prevent cavitation damage; the throttling part is separated from the sealing surface to effectively protect the sealing surface. The surface of the valve trim is hardened to a hardness of approximately HRC70, which is resistant to scouring and has a long service life; the main steam trap valve can be controlled pneumatically or electrically.
