The pneumatic piston cut-off valve consists of a pneumatic multi-spring piston actuator and a cut-off valve with a low-flow-resistance, double-sealing structure, which is first introduced domestically. The actuator has the characteristics of fast action speed, large thrust, self-resetting function, and is equipped with a manual operating mechanism. The valve body has a smooth flow path, a large flow coefficient. The valve core and seat have elastic and rigid double-level double seals. The novel and unique structure makes this product a high-performance new type of cut-off valve with fast action, strict cut-off, safety and reliability.
This product has excellent performance, complete specifications, as well as advantages such as small size and light weight. The ZMX Pneumatic Three-Way Cut-Off Valve adopts a top-guided structure and is equipped with a multi-spring actuator. It features a compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, an S-streamlined fluid channel, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, convenient assembly and disassembly, etc. The cut-off valve receives signals from the regulating instrument to cut off, open or change the medium flow direction, so as to achieve automatic control of process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature or liquid level. It is widely applied in the production process automatic control and remote control systems of various industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, and textile.
This series of products has single-seat, sleeve, and double-seat (two-position three-way) valve body structures, and two sealing forms: packing seal and bellows seal. There are four nominal pressure ratings: PN10, 16, 40, and 64, and the nominal diameter range is DN20 - 200mm. The applicable fluid temperature ranges from -60°C to 450°C.
