The ZZYVP type pressure regulating valve with pilot operated self - operated pressure regulation (referred to as pressure reducing valve for short) does not need an additional energy source. It uses the energy of the regulated medium itself as the power source. It introduces the pilot device with pressure into the pressure regulating valve to control the position of the valve core of the pressure regulating valve, changes the medium flow through the valve, and keeps the pressure after the valve (Type B) or the pressure before the valve (Type K) constant. ZZYVP is mainly used in occasions where the pressure before the valve is relatively high (0.2 - 0.8 MPa) and the pressure after the valve is very low (0.5 - 100 Kpa), such as occasions with a 50mmH₂O water column. ZZYVP - 16KII is only used in nitrogen - feeding devices and is used with nitrogen - feeding device configurations. When used alone, please use the ZZVP valve instead.

  4. The response is particularly sensitive. Even very small pressures (such as the pressure of a 50mm water column) or very small pressure changes can be sensed.
  5. The pressure ratio is very large. For example, the pressure ratio can reach 1600 when the pressure before the valve is 0.8 MPa and the pressure after the valve is 30mmH₂O.
