Multi-stage Pressure Reducing Sleeve Control Valve

Multi-stage pressure reducing control valves adopt a sleeve guiding and pressure balancing spool. This series of control valves is mainly suitable for occasions with large pressure differences, where cavitation and flashing occur under working conditions. According to different parameters, multiple different pressure reducing cages are designed to form a multi-stage pressure reducing inner component. The cages designed for different working conditions ensure the elimination of cavitation and flashing phenomena of the valve. The medium starts to flow from the first cage it contacts, and the high inlet pressure difference is gradually reduced through multiple throttlings. This effectively ensures that the pressure of the medium is always above its saturation vapor pressure when flowing in the valve, thus eliminating the possibility of cavitation and flashing, and prolonging the service life of the control valve under severe working conditions.
