Sleeve Double-seat Control Valve

The sleeve double-seat control valve adopts a sleeve-guided and pressure-balanced valve core. Compared with the 10T00 series, this series of control valves features a sleeve double-seat structure and is mainly applied in occasions where leakage requirements are not high. Because both sealing surfaces of the double-seat structure are metal-sealed, the applicable temperature range is wider. The valve core utilizes a pressure-balanced structure, requiring a small closing force. It can control the working condition of high pressure difference with a small actuator thrust. It is widely applied in the fluid control of medium-low temperature and medium-low pressure pipelines that require good dynamic stability. It has good sealing performance and allows a large pressure difference. With sleeve guidance, large guiding area, good stability, and compact structure, the internal parts can be quickly replaced online, with high maintenance efficiency, saving manpower and time. The balanced valve core structure ensures the minimum required actuator thrust.
