Bellows Fluorine-Lined Control Valve

The single-seat fluorine-lined control valve adopts a structure where both the valve body and internal parts are fully lined with fluorine, effectively blocking the corrosion of the metal materials in the valve by corrosive media. The inner cavity of the metal valve body is processed by a bonding method, making the inner lining material fully bonded with the metal, and extending the service life and performance of the inner lining material. The valve stem seal adopts a combined seal of F46 bellows seal and V-type PTFE packing, completely eliminating the possibility of medium leakage from the valve stem. The unbalanced fully lined control valve is particularly suitable for extremely corrosive media under low-pressure and normal-temperature working conditions.
