Top-Guided Single-Seat Control Valve

The cage-type single-seat control valve adopts a top-guided unbalanced structure, featuring high strength, heavy load, S-shaped flow channel, small pressure drop loss, large flow coefficient, wide adjustable range, and high precision of flow characteristics. This type of control valve is suitable for occasions with small working condition pressure differences, closes tightly, and is suitable for adjusting the flow or pressure of the medium.

The valve cage adopts a pressure-sealed valve seat design, solving problems such as difficult disassembly and large leakage of traditional threaded-in valve seats, and extending the service life. It adopts an open-flow design, and the medium tends to flow in the direction of valve opening. The controllability at small openings is good, and the flow characteristics deviation is small. Special valve cages for noise reduction and anti-cavitation can be selected according to working condition requirements.
